Terms & Conditions – Just Got Laid $250 Gift Card Competition (2025–2026)

1. Promoter

The promoter is Allmat Group Pty Ltd (ABN 29 670 168 877), located at 25–27 Kapara Road, Gillman, SA, 5013.
This promotion is marketed under the domain JustGotLaid.com.au, which is owned and operated by the Promoter.

2. Competition Name

Just Got Laid $250 Gift Card Competition

3. Competition Period

The competition begins on 1 June 2025 and runs across four quarterly draws:
• 15 July 2025
• 15 October 2025
• 15 January 2026
• 15 April 2026

Entries for each draw close at 11:59pm (Adelaide time) on the final day of the preceding quarter:
• 30 June 2025 for the 15 July 2025 draw
• 30 September 2025 for the 15 October 2025 draw
• 31 December 2025 for the 15 January 2026 draw
• 31 March 2026 for the 15 April 2026 draw

4. Entry Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, you must:
• Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older
• Have purchased Perfection Artificial Grass from an authorised stockist or installer
• Submit your entry via the official competition page at https://justgotlaid.com.au/before-after-competition/
• Upload either:
o Before and after photos, or
o A video showing your installed Perfection Artificial Grass
• Upload a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or delivery docket)
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and provide consent for marketing use of your content

Special note:
• For the 15 July 2025 draw only, entries will be accepted for any qualifying purchase made before or on 30 June 2025
• For all later draws, entries will only be accepted for purchases made during the corresponding quarter

5. Multiple Entries per Address and Installer Limits

Each installation address may be entered a maximum of two (2) times, provided the entries are:
• One entry submitted by the customer
• One entry submitted by the installer

Each must have distinct contact details and separately submitted proof of purchase.

Installers may submit up to five (5) entries per quarterly draw.
Each entry must relate to a different installation with its own proof of purchase and before/after content.

6. Entry Method

Entries must be submitted online via the official competition form. Only fully completed entries with required uploads and consents will be eligible. The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, misleading, or non-compliant.

7. Prize Details

One winner per draw will receive a $250 Gift Card, which may be issued as a Visa prepaid card or another retailer card of the Promoter’s choosing.
Total prize pool = $1,000 AUD across the competition period.

8. Draw Details

Draws will be conducted at the Promoter’s business premises within 7 days of each draw date. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the relevant entry period.

9. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by email and/or phone within 3 business days of the draw. With consent, the winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media.

10. Claiming Your Prize

Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

11. Consent for Content Use

By entering, you give the Promoter the right to use your submitted photos or video for marketing purposes including but not limited to:
• Website gallery
• Social media
• Digital or print advertising

This use is royalty-free, non-exclusive, and may continue indefinitely.

12. Entry Removal & Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify or remove any entry at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Fraudulent, offensive, or misleading content
• Duplicate entries from the same individual
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://justgotlaid.com.au/privacy-policy/. By entering, you agree to the Promoter contacting you if required and using your data to administer the competition.

15. Trade Promotion Classification

This competition is conducted in accordance with Schedule 5 of the South Australian Lotteries Regulations 2021 and qualifies as a minor trade promotion lottery. No permit is required.

16. Competition Changes or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, subject to applicable regulatory approval (if required). Any changes will be communicated on the Promoter’s website. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or costs incurred by entrants as a result of such changes, suspension, or cancellation.
