1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, quotes, and website use on JustGotLaid.com.au. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing, products, and availability without notice.

Artificial grass is sold by the square metre. Please measure carefully before purchasing. Once cut to size, artificial grass is not eligible for change of mind returns.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed online through our secure checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and Square payments. Merchant fees may apply unless bank transfer is selected.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has cleared. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We deliver using our own trucks to selected zones within the Adelaide metro area. Delivery fees and time slots are shown at checkout.

Pickup is available from our depot during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–4pm, Sat until 12pm). Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom-cut nature of artificial grass, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the grass has been cut. Accessories such as pegs or tape may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in resaleable condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Installer Referrals

We refer customers to independent installers in our trusted network. These installers are not employed by Just Got Laid. We do not accept liability for work carried out by third-party installers, but welcome your feedback to ensure quality.

7. Warranties

Our “Perfection” Artificial Grass comes with a 7-year manufacturer’s warranty covering UV degradation and product defects under normal use. Installation or improper handling is not covered by warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Got Laid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products, services, or website.

9. Privacy

By using our site or submitting information, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
